What is HerBox.?
HerBox. is a monthly subscription box designed to provide comfort, support, and self-care throughout every stage of your cycle. Each box includes period essentials, comfort items, educational resources, and thoughtful extras to remind you that you matter.
How much does HerBox. cost?
HerBox. subscriptions are $49 per month, $135 for 3 months ($12 savings), and $258 for 6 months ($36 savings), plus shipping and applicable taxes. Subscriptions will be charged on the 1st of every month.
What’s included in each box?
Each HerBox. may include a curated mix of:
• Pads, tampons, and liners
• Heating products
• Self-care items
• Snacks or comfort treats
• Educational inserts
• Exclusive HerBox. goodies
Contents may vary from month to month to keep every box exciting.
Can I customize my box?
Not at this time, but we plan on offering customization in the near future!
Are the products suitable for teens?
Yes! Many HerBox. products are appropriate for teens and first-period experiences. We believe everyone deserves access to period care and education.
When will my box ship?
Boxes typically ship on a monthly schedule by the 10th of each month. Subscribers will receive tracking information via email once their box has shipped.
Can I skip a month?
Skip options may be available through your account portal. More details will be provided to subscribers.
How do I manage my subscription?
You can manage your subscription, update payment information, or change your shipping address through your customer account.
What is your cancellation policy?
Subscriptions may be canceled at any time; however, cancellations take effect after the current prepaid subscription term ends. Because products are curated and prepared in advance, no refunds are provided for processed or shipped orders.
Do you accept returns?
Due to the personal nature of period and self-care products, we do not accept returns or exchanges. If there is an issue with your order, please contact us and we’ll do our best to make it right.
What if my box arrives damaged?
Please contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos of any damaged items or packaging so we can assist you.
Do you ship internationally?
At this time, HerBox. ships within the United States only. We hope to expand in the future!
